Searching for real estate is changing, the Austin Board of Realtors has declined to renew it’s “syndication” agreement with the entertainment websites such as Zillow, Trulia, etc. In April of 2014 going forward the best way for you to have access to everything listed in the MLS is to have a search set up through a Realtor with a direct feed from the MLS. Inventory is low and demand is high, but loans are still at great rates.
